Cat ba Paradise Hotel

Hotel was clean and staff, like most Vietnamese were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished.

Centrally located hotel, easy to walk to restaurants and other amenities. Room was spacious and clean.

Fabulous

Don’t judge a property by its pictures. The property offered early check in which was nice. The property is across from a four year construction project. Not their fault but also not mentioned in write ups. Huge eye sore. Noisy. Work was late into the night. No beach access so had to walk or shuttle .4 miles to closest beach. Roof top pool needed shocking and vacuuming, algae was present. The bathroom shower had mold growing in it and needs a good scrubbing. The staff were pleasant and helpful when asked questions. Towels were readily supplied as no beach towels available. Although rooms were non smoking the hall way was clearly not and reeked of smoke. For the price compared to other properties in the area, this certainly was not a value for the money. Breakfast was included and plentiful.
