Hotel is very nice and well placed, service was good, rooms are spacious and ac worked well. All these things wouldn't matter without Mr Hieb help. This guy is a masterpiece, he was texting with us by WhatsApp all the time. We needed to rent motorbikes - done, we wanted his help to find us nice cruise - done.An amazing person—he supported us the whole time with immediate assistance, support, and advice. Without him, our stay wouldn't have been nearly as comfortable.

Had a wonderful family trip at Vela Cat Ba! Traveling with a toddler can be tricky, but this place made it easy. Our room was really cozy and spacious, and we genuinely enjoyed the meals here. The best part was the beach—our 3-year-old had a blast splashing around and playing in the sand. Loved how quiet the area is, surrounded by green nature and fresh air. It was the exact chill break we needed. Highly recommend for families!

I travel solo and love getting out and exploring, but I also really appreciate coming back to a calm spot at the end of the day. Vela Cat Ba Beach checked every box. It’s surrounded by green nature, right by the beach, and feels super tranquil and quiet. The room had plenty of space, and honestly, that bathtub was everything after a long day outside. A special thank you to Trang—she’s full of positive energy and so genuinely sweet and helpful. She hooked me up with a bay day trip that ended up being completely unforgettable. Highly recommend this spot to any fellow travelers!
