I booked rooms with two queen beds on your website. 3 days before our trip the hotel called me to tell me there were only rooms available with one queen bed. Luckily we didn't have to have two beds in each room or we would have been out of luck. I will probably quit using your site and nook directly with the hotels going forward so this does not happen again. This was not the hotels fault. They were very good to work with.

Upon arrival room appeared clean. Room had kitchen, but no kitchen supplies ie. Plates, pans, ect. I was aware for this, as we have stayed at a my place before but figured it should be mentioned. We stayed 2 nights, we left for our activities for the day and returned to find that we were locked out of our room. No big deal, fronk desk help was friendly and fixed our key cards. They did not clean our room between night 1 and night 2, not sure if this is something you have to request but noticed a door hanger in room that said put this out if you don't want them to clean. We did not put that out. Now I'm able to clean up after myself however fresh towels and empting garbage would of been nice. Overall, decent location and we would stay again.

The service I received from Nariah and Tina was OUTSTANDING. I had made mistakes with my reservation and they acted like I was the only person in the hotel and were going to do whatever it took to fix my errors, which they did do.

Nice clean rooms. Would highly recommend especially for longer stays, as room had full size fridge and electric stove top.

When we first went to our assigned room, our card unlocked the door to an already occupied room. The front desk person changed our room for us but it was very weird. Then we received a phone call the next day, after we had checked out and turned in cards, asking why our stuff was still in the room. I had to tell her that we were placed in a different room.

Stayed here on new years eve! Saved hundreds vs mystic lake hotel! Mystic wanted $600, I paid like $120! To stay here. Staff was great! Room was super nice! Nice beds and loved the kitchen area! Thanks for a great stay!

Check in was very quick and simple. We had never stayed here so we were surprised to find our room contained a full fridge and stove top. The property was very clean, open parking lot, McDonald's and the Muddy Cow for dining are literally a 1 minute walk. Mystic lake casino is a 6 min drive away. Nearest highway is 169

We attended a concert at nearby Mystic Lake Casino, which was an easy, one-turn, few-minutes drive down the road. The hotel couldn't have been more convenient. Nice and clean, too, and the beds were comfy. Had a great night. Thanks!

all in all the stay was good. there was 2-3 times throughout both nights that we were there, there was a strong smell of marijuana that filled our room. we were on the main floor room 105 just off the lobby. not sure if it was an employee or a guest but we smelt it both nights that we stayed. that was probably the most unpleasant part of the whole stay

Great hotel for the price! In addition to the convenient location and nice clean room, I appreciated the full-sized fridge and mini-stove in our room; sort of a "mini-suite"!

Beds were very comfy. Room was dusty. There weren't any cups, glasses, dishes or utensils in the cupboards. No decaf coffee anywhere. We did not get our breakfast on Sunday morning

The Residence inn is an Outstanding hotel. I can't believe I've overlooked this place in the past. I have also considered the Marriott properties one of the most trusted and the Residence inn is no exception. Great people, great services, clean and friendly. You might be making a mistake if you stay elsewhere.

It said it had a bar and free breakfast. No bar and had to pay for breakfast. Also no pool.

My stay was not pleasant at all, when I first entered the room. It strongly smelled of men’s cologne, which gave me a headache. There was a cleaning spray bottle left on the counter underneath the microwave. It left me wondering if the microwave was safe enough to use. There also was dirt spots and suds in the shower like it was lightly used and not cleaned properly. In which I didn’t bother to use either. The top throw blanket seemed as if it was not changed in months. There was pieces of plastic and crumbs on the carpet by the bed. I had an unsatisfactory stay at your hotel overall.
