Had a nice stay, good customer service. We wanted a hotel close to the casino, which it was, so that was nice. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight - great selection. The only downside was the hot tub being out of order, the pool looked decent though.

Not only is this hotel very clean, but it smells good as well. Everything looked and felt sturdy and well cared for and much more upscale than expected. A beautiful, comfortable place to spend some time. The staff I chatted with were very helpful and friendly. I felt safe and was able to relax for a good night of sleep. No breakfast options for dietary restrictions which we expected so no big deal but it would be a plus in the future.

Chose to stay here for a family weekend to visit family in the Shakopee area. Staff were so so friendly and went out of their way to check in on our experience at breakfasts. You can tell there's a lot of care put into the inside of the building.
Rooms were comfortable for our family of 4 and pool was perfect temp for our kiddos :)

Continental breakfast needs more variety of choices, fruit, yogurt, etc. Don’t understand why biscuits & gravy is served-not a recognized favorite by majority.
Bathroom floor needs updating.

Carpet looked old and dirty in common areas. Bathroom tub was gross and unclean...water in tub came out brown before clearing up! Questionable in regards to feeling safe there.

dont stay here if u have A T T for phone service because it doesnt work in the buildng for text , calls etc etc front desk says they dont know why if your on business absolutely not the hotel for u .. terrible experience

Staff were nice and helpful but the hottub didn't work correctly and the room i was shown i was getting was not the room i got but over all pretty good place

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience here. The customer service was poor, with staff displaying a lack of attentiveness and courtesy. Several amenities were broken or malfunctioning, contributing to a disappointing stay. The staff’s demeanor was consistently rude, adding to the overall negative impression.
Furthermore, the hotel proved to be noisy and felt unsafe, impacting the overall quality of my visit. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests.

The room was nice! Unfortunately our neighbor was very loud for hours and had multiple police in the hallway, it made it uncomfortable, on edge and hard to sleep

The clock by the bed was set 30 minutes slow. So, i checked out late. Not sure if that will reflect in my bill. However, everything about my stay was excellent. Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast selection.

The management was wonderful on making sure everything went well and out rooms were ready. Great service for a budget hotel. Felt safe and was clean.

Stay was good. All the employees we very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good! Kids loved the blueberry waffles! Room had an off smell, but got use to it. Only problems we had were that we were looking forward to the hot tub to relax and it was closed and My kiddo accidentally left her stuffed animals behind through a mix up. Pretty sure they were under a pillow or under the bed ruffle. I called when we got home 7 hours later they had not been found and people were checked in. Employee on the phone was very kind and understanding and I get it’s on us for forgetting the items, but hoping they turn up there soon!

This location is terrible. We did not stay due to being so dirty. When trying to get a refund as we prepaid..they said we did check in and completed the 2 day stay…we definitely did not stay…so they did not give a refund. The hotel smelled of smoke and pot. Very disappointed they would lie

The staff members were very friendly. We checked in and the first room smelled kind of like a mixture of pee and cigarette smoke but the second room did not. A little disappointed because our three top priorities for a rental to have continental breakfast, a pool, and a hot tub even called to confirm the day off before booking that the pool and hot tub were up and running and when we got here the hot tub was drained and not working. That being said the pool is a decent size not really busy and the water was very warm.

The “fitness center” is an old treadmill and one set of dumbbells. No working hot tub. Luke warm water is as hot as the shower got. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Breajfast was decent and convenient, but our room smelled so strongly of dog pee!! Im just glad there was a window that could be opened in our room.
