Great clean property!

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was good and every one was friendly.

We were only there one night but it was very nice and quiet. Beakfast was a nice as well.

Air conditioning in front and above bed. Loud and drafty.

Receptionist welcomed us with a smile. Room was very nice, welcoming, clean and quiet. Cleaning crew were very nice and helpful. Enjoyed the Daily Breakfast.

Very nice hotel.

Didn't have daily room service, however no problem asking for more towels.

Convenient location and clean. Can’t turn off overhead cool ventilation (not AC which is different unit). Have never stayed in Hampton Inn with this. Blew loud cold air all night.Don’t watch TV, but is hanging broken on angle. No coffee cups, but front desk person got. No hot water for tea, but there is a microwave in room. if you wanted to buy a snack (we didn’t) only junk food sugar loaded: Oreos, candy, chips. Property is clean and convenient if traveling and can bring dogs (we didn’t). Lots of parking.

We stayed here for one night. The property looks very nice and new on the outside. Unfortunately the bathroom and the bed were filthy and had hairs everywhere. The bathroom door also wouldn’t shut (it was a barn door style and kept sliding open) so it was impossible to have privacy. Most offensively, the water shut off and didn’t work the morning we were checking out. My girlfriend was in the shower when it went out and couldn’t finish getting ready. The hotel is also far away from the rest of town & not very convenient. Pass on staying here.

Our thermostat was stuck at 67° and it was too cold. We were told to raise it to 80° and it would warm up. But it never did. The highest it got was 68. Every moment in the room was frigid. The room was very clean and comfortable except we wore jackets constantly and slept in turtle neck sweaters.

The breakfast was great. It might have just been the time of year but it was extremely quiet.

Nice facility bad too far from downtown. Location, location….

Breakfast set up was nice it looked like employees took advantage of free breakfast and customers fell behind they used all the waffle batter and didn’t replace I asked two different employees for fill up and they ignored us.

Attractive rooms, not enough parking

The room was very spacious and facilities were clean.

The only complaint is my vehicle was broken into.

What i didn't like is that they charge for parking to use there facility. This is wrong for them to fee cusomers to death, we will be using businesses that don't charge for parking and slipping fees in.

Booked king bed with mountain view. Got 2 queens with parking lot view. Don't pay extra for the mountainview. I believe it's a scam. Management blamed Hotels.com for downgrade. After talking to Hotels.com discovered it was the hotel's doing. Very disappointed in the staff. Breakfast was unimpressive. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Homeless problem is visible but not an issue. Close to the plaza and Wicked West Harley Davidson and El Comal…best New Mexican food!!!

Staff was excellent

My stay at the Hampton Inn was wonderful!! The room was clean and quiet and there were so many conveniences, such as the breakfast in the morning, and everyone was very nice and cordial. I look forward to staying there agan, the next time I'm in Santa Fe.

Poor room lighting. Luggage space is Poor. Otherwise, nice place.
