This place is amazing! All the employees were genuinely nice, normal, helpful and were wonderful. This hotel is only four years old so very new which helps your stay. The shower is fabulous. The breakfast is fantastic. No other patrons were nosy or distributive like other hotels, the community here was great. Thanks for a great stay.

The front desk was polite and friendly. The breakfast was good. The only complaint was the bed. The mattress was rock hard. It felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. Other than the bed, it was a nice hotel to stay in.

These hotels are great. I am highly allergic to mold. I am so happy there are finally motels with no carpet. Thank you Tru! And the price is very affordable.

Room was very clean. Hotel seems to be quite new so everything is up to date. All staff that we encountered were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good.

The air/heat blower was blowing cool air even when I had the heat on. There was no remote in my room for the tv, went downstairs to get one & that one didn’t work either.
The mini refrigerator in the room hum’s loudly that I had to unplug it. Staff is nice.

We have stayed in many hotels in the area. This is our new go to hotel. Room was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Service excellent.

Travel a ton. These were the hardest most uncomfortable beds we’ve been on in a long time. Food was bad and nothing was filled. The “cook” was rude. Front desk was nice. Not once did they change out towels, empty trash or just make sure we had toilet paper.

Helpful hard working staff. It was neat clean and quiet in our room even with the busy Thanksgiving eeekend.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Decent room overall - clean sheets, great shower and nice smelling soaps. the only thing I wish is that they had more comfortable beds and pillows. Pillows were rather flat and beds too firm for us. The hotel is in a great spot as well, with a beautiful view of trees if you get a back room.

This was the second time we stayed at Tru, and we will be back again next year. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is attentive and friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights. Check in for very easy, staff was always friendly, our room was clean and the breakfast was great. We also loved how close it was to everything.

I asked for my 2 rooms to be away from pet rooms, they put 1 of our rooms across the hall and anothet next door to a room with a yappy dog which has been yapping for over 2 hrs long. We've complained 3 times to management but dog still yappying. Other hotels put pets on certain designated floors. Not happy!! Spending close to $600 and would like partial refund

The hotel was great. The deadbolt didn't work on my door, but it was quiet and this didn't affect my rating. This property is Right Next to I-94 and the truck noise was really loud. This the only reason for not 5 stars and I'm aware the hotel isn't responsible for that, however, they could use a bit more soundproofing.

Front desk staff very friendly upon arrival. When we got into our room, there was an issue with cleanliness of the comforter. We simply asked for new bedding. They moved us to a completely new room, and with a better view. Breakfast the next morning, the lady running the kitchen was very kind and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. I was able to get gluten free bread for toast upon request. I will definitely stay here again!

Loved so much about this hotel starting with the positive affirmations on the doors on my way in!! It instantly made me smile. Joe at checking was awesome, helpful & friendly. He made it a point to refer to us by our first names whenever we came or left. The whole staff was extraordinary! Loved the toiletries and the wood floors. (Hotel carpeting is gross!) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The rooms did not have a dresser or a closet. It is more of a minimalist hotel. Hair was in my shower when I arrived. The place was brightcand colorful
The shower pressure was low at 8:00am. It was very pricey . I think they ask way too much for basic room. When you get unto the $200.00 rrange, I need a safe

The room was very clean, which is my number one concern. The lack of sound proofing was its downfall. Babies crying, kids yelling, loud adult conversations and phone ringing at 5am. Guests the floor above were easily heard walking(tromping) in their room.
