Check in was very easy, very nice lady (everyone was extremely nice). We had a Jacuzzi room. LOVED it. Great for my sore back. A sorta slip mat in the bottom would be great. (Hubby almost slipped getting out). There was a family with kids that took over the pool and loud in the hall. However over all very relaxing , exactly what we needed. Planning to come back with our kiddos for some pool and beach fun. Amazing hotel and staff.

We searched all surrounding area hotels that had a hot tub with good reviews and this was the one! We were still a little nervous as we typically just rent airbnbs but my daughter wanted to swim for her birthday so we went with it! We got two rooms that conjoined! When we made it to the hotel we were greeted by a nice women she checked us in quickly and told us if we needed anything she was there until 11! It was clean when we walked in. We got to our rooms they were clean. The pool was nice not to cold the hot tub was great as I wanted to relax. We got
Up and had breakfast that also was delicious. I’m glad we chose this hotel and it was a great price! We will definitely go back!

The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast is always one of the things I look for when choosing a hotel and the breakfast was very good. I will definitely choose this hotel the next time I visit this area.

Property was convenient and clean overall. Convenient to dining and wineries. My one issue was when we pulled back the sheets on one of the beds, there were red stains on the sheets. Looked like something had spilled and stained but it was quite obvious so surprised housekeeping didn't notice. Also, our television cords were disassembled. It took us a while to realize why we couldn't operate the television.

I love this hotel. Very friendly staff and clean! Breakfast was great. I've stayed here over 100 times.
On this stay, the heater would not adjust. Made for a hot stay, almost too hot to sleep. I didn't see anyone in the morning to ask what the problem was. Totally my fault but, I didn't have a lot of time to wait around.
Hotel is a 20/10 I stay here every time I visit the area (within and hour)

We got to the hotel late. Had to wait for the front desk clerk for a while. I rang the buzzer a few times with no effect. She was busy doing other work. When I called their phone number she answered and came to the check in desk quickly. She was very pleasant. We have been here several times before. We will probably come back again.

Amazingly quiet so close to the loud expressway. Check in was OK except there were no luggage carts (apparently they were in other areas of the hotel but no one to retrieve them). Nice size room; adequate breakfast offering.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. It's very clean, it looks exactly as pictured. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was great, a nice assortment of food. The pool & hot tub are nice & clean. The rooms are a nice size, with comfortable beds. Nice area as well, several restaurants close by. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was ok, but I thought it was overpriced. Its in need of an update. It was clean enough, and the staff was kind and helpful.

Just what we needed. Made a weekend trip to celebrate. Pool was nice, hot tub was not hot...pool was same temp. Husband was not impressed by the breakfast. Lady at front desk was nice and went out of her way to get some matches for us.

This Comfort Suites hotel needs a lot of improvements and updates. There are so many outdated components throughout the hotel. A simple facelift and refresh should do the trick. Breakfast was not very enticing as well. Other than that, the service was good.

We stayed one night. The pull out couch in our room had rodent droppings on the mattress cover. It was late and we were settled and ready for bed so we just didn’t use it. When we told the front desk staff in the morning she simply said they would look into it. After leaving, I realized she never asked me for our room number to be able to look at it.
