Very clean and good size for couple. Location is near subway and JR station.

The staff are nice and helpful. However the checkout time is a bit early at 10am and the breakfast offered are with limited options.

The hotel is near walkable distance from JR Sapporo Station and walkable from shopping disteict and food. Room is abit small but enough for 2 persons. Hotel has all the essential facilities and a public bath. Will recommend to whoever is looking for a hotel in Sapporo.

It’s a good place for cheap trips. Conveniently located by station but house keeping could’ve been better during stay.

Location is good, in between 3 Subway stations, very comfortable to live here. Staff are nice and helpful. Room is clean. Much better than those hotels which are near the JR station.

The room is small but comfortable. Breakfast is only 2 choices and not that good. The hotel is close to everything from shopping to restaurants to the station.

The locaton of the hotel is great. Clost to Sapporo station, close to Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade... close to everything.

Hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo station and shopping districts. It is accessible to the underground mall and pathway within 5 minutes walk. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel has it's own cafe and Trully (equivalent to Starbucks) is located just around the corner.

Booked this place during my stay in Sapporo and had a great experience. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the facilities here (e.g. lounge area and spa) are a definite plus.
I would recommend this place for anyone looking to visit Sapporo - relatively close to the station so travelling around the city is easy and convenient!

Large hotel with good facilities. Onsen which is open all night had few baths and space for lots of people. The ice lollies free afterwards were very popular!
The bed was a good size (Queen size) but was very hard and only one pillow. That’s the only reason for less than 5stars.
It is 1KM from the train station, walkable but hot in summer! Next to the castle garden. Highly recommend Veg&Bar only on the next block for the best food!

The JR Inns are the best among the budget hotels in Japan. They are clean and have many amenities that seemed aimed at tired salarymen traveling for work and needing some comfort away from home.
Compared to other budget hotels in Japan, the JR Inn is brighter, cleaner and the rooms are a little better laid out, although still rather small.

Very cozy room with just right comfort and pillow.
Front desk can speak fluent English, which is not usual in Hokaido.
Free coffee and hot spring is amazing.
Western style breakfast is a plus.

It was great! I initially thought the bed would be too small for me and my husband but it was big enough for the both of us. The room was nice and comfy.
Loved in particular the lounge with books and coffee. My husband also tried for the first time the hot bath and he liked it.
So nice experience and trip we had! ❤️

Booked a double room and asked to upgrade to twin room with a top up. Well worth the money. Breakfast is continental. Simple and filling.

Stayed 3 nights. Recently opened hotel, so everything looked new and clean. Just a few blocks from Sapporo Station, but I had a rental car, which I was able to park right next door in a garage (parking fee per day was 1,200 yen). Staff, especially the parking garage attendant, were very friendly. There’s a reading room—in addition to a coin laundry and small onsen (public bath)—on the second floor. Great hotel! Will certainly considering staying here again when I return to Sapporo.
