WONDERFUL! Can’t say enough about this place. Most comfortable bed ever. Free dinner (only certain nights) and great breakfast. Full equipped kitchen. Would stay here again. My dog was happy as well.

I found the hotel very clean. It seems someone was always cleaning in the hallway. The food area was clean and well attended. I especially liked the layout of our room. It had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I was traveling with my young adult son and this gave us both our privacy. The hotel was quiet except for Saturday night. That is a popular time for sleepover parties and families. I would definitely stay in a Staybridge Suites again.

Our room and the hallway smelled like dirty cat litter-it was disgusting

We travelled with our 3 teenage boys and the two room suite was absolutely perfect for us. The boys enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We have stayed at various Staybridge Suites before but this one gets an extra gold star for its great staff! Room was clean and common areas were very clean as well.

The pool had hair all around it on the tile, the water was cloudy and the jets in the hot tub didn’t work. It was consistently over the stated occupancy limit.
The kitchen had paw prints (assuming the previous occupant had a dog with them) on the appliances
The clocks were set to the wrong time
There was no paper/pen in the room or local guide magazine that’s usually provided in hotels
There were no sheets, blankets or pillow case for the hide away bed
I stepped on a nail sticking up out of the carpet what was fraying away from the laminate flooring/carpet transition

I reserved a suite. It clearly stated that my card would be charged upon my arrival on the premises. Before my stay, I received a warning from my credit card stating that someone was trying to charge my card and it was for more than the room. I had to shut down my card. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the manager tried to run my card and when it wouldn’t work, the suite was given to someone else. This is not acceptable. A manager, of all people, should not be doing this. I am very angry about it and now have to wait for a new credit card

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite over Christmas. There are many holiday decorations inside and out. It was fantastic! No breakfast on Christmas day.

The people above us were very loud even after we called the front desk on them, made for a long night. Tried to call front desk 5 times in the morning to get a later check out but no answer. Called the outside line, finally talked to the guy. Got an extra hour. 40 min later got a call from front desk telling us check out was 11. Told him we got permission to check out at 12.
