Nice place..carpet needs cleaning. Street noise was extremely annoying, not to mention the 4 or 5 trains that came through during the night.

I was not told on day one that you had to request housekeeping. I figured that out at 8 AM. I went to the front desk and I said can you please have the beds made and just the towels changed today and they said they would and they didn’t. The following day I went back downstairs and old them I would like to request daily housekeeping, just the towels and the beds. I didn’t need anything else done and she said OK. Housekeeping happened the next day and then not again. I had to go downstairs and ask for housekeeping again. I wanted housekeeping every night that I’m there. I’m paying over $200 a night for a three star hotel. I should be able to have housekeeping. I find it highly redundant and ridiculous to have to go every single day and request it. The day before I left I went downstairs to make sure we would be getting housekeeping, and they told us they were too busy and could not accommodate our rooms being done, but I could bring them my old towels, and they would give me new ones. So again I had to empty my own trash, conjure up all the dirty towels and bring them to the them and get my own towels. Over $1400 for 6 nights and I can’t even get my room cleaned. You need to do better. Rooms were large. Location was convenient.

An oasis in the desert of highway. After a long day of travel you want comfort and convenience. Home2 provided both and more. Saltwater pool was awesome, breakfast great, and staff was friendly, and helpful. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Suite has small kitchenette. Ample options for breakfast. Outdoor seating areas and swimming pool. Great location just off the thruway and walkable to many restaurants

Affordable, convenient, large rooms. Staff so friendly and accommodating, they opened breakfast a half hour early just for us.

We checked in at 3:00 pm. With in few minutes we noticed that bathroom sink was clogged. Called the front desk. They told me manager is in meeting, at 3:20 they told me it will be fixed tomorrow morning. They said manager does not like to change the room. I had to threaten them, either fix the problem, or change my room. Otherwise I will he will change the hotel. Very reluctantly they changed my room

I am disgusted with this hotel and DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone at- I booked home 2 suites two other times in Florida and loved it so I decided to book the same hotel for my trip to New York and booked for my family for 7 days which was the longest stay at any home2suites- utterly disappointed- 4 days to request to clean my room and still not services after 7 days. Breakfast is disgusting and have no taste. Checkout not extended even for one hour- DISAPPOINTED! Will never book HOME2Suite.

Close to the ice rink. Property had all of the amenities we needed - pool, fitness center, kitchen, laundry, essentials shop. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

I was late to check in for car issues and the woman in the front office told me I couldn’t check in because they didn’t have nothing available mind you I payed 230 down and was not payable back also had 3 kids in the car at 2:30 am then waiting for the front door to open while we all wait to get a room because she was cleaning the room all later I mean it’s more to it just a lot to add on here .

We traveled a great distance to visit family in Marcy. When we arrived (mind you, it was very late!!), the two desk clerks were very helpful in getting our family to our room quickly. They also offered us bottled water…and even made fresh coffee for my husband. (Thank you, ladies!) That was so sweet of them for being so hospitable! Our spacious room was nice and clean. We were surprised to find a stainless steel full-sized fridge and dishwasher in our suite. In lieu of eating out, we went to the local Walmart (5 minutes away by car), bought a few items, and enjoyed our dinner meal (second night) inside of our room. Plates, utensils, glasses, etc., were stored in the dishwasher for our use. What a great gesture! Breakfast is served daily with many choices. My husband LOVED their coffee! There is also a variety of teas, if one is a tea drinker. Our stay was enjoyable and safe. The staff welcomed us with pleasure. We will definitely consider this hotel again, when in the area. Our room was very large, with a separate seating area. It was very clean, bright, and comfortable.
