Two opportunities for a better service clean the air conditioner and change the pillows. For this type of hotel we expected always clean and comfort. Hilton Garden is the place that we always stay when we visited the family. I prefer Hilton.

I was in town for a class and had to be up early. Sometime around midnight there were sevwral loud guests out in the hall and I could not to back to sleep afterwards. Not the hotels fault, bit for almost $300 a night, you would think people would have some commin sense. Guess I have too much faith lol

This hotel is brand new and so fresh!!! The staff is great and they have dining and a bar! Many amenities nearby and some walkable.

Wasn't happy about the pet fee of $79. The website did say it's pet friendly but did not mention about the pet fee.

After a long tiresome drive to the hotel they sold our room even though we checked in as a late arrival thru their app. We were given a room number.

Nice property but found this property skimpy in two areas. Towels were small in size and stiff, we had to ask for extra towels. Paper supplies were also poor quality. you get better quality toilet paper & tissue paper at public restroom stops. Management should provide their customers better products. It's tacky for a Hilton hotel to skimp in these areas. If we stay here again, we're bringing our own :-) NOTE: in-house restaurant food was pretty good and staff very nice.

The service was very limited. I asked for a luggage cart to bring to my room because I had a heavy luggage carry-on and my purse and a bag. I was told there to come down and get it myself because the cleaning ladies were busy cleaning other rooms. I thought it was rude and inappropriate. When I went to check out, I expressed how I felt and she told me that no one ever ask for a luggage cart before so that it’s the reason she told to come down and get it. One the before checkout out I asked for towels and housekeeping and I waited almost 3 hours to get some one. I am very disappointed about the service of this Hilton Garden.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious- not your usual motel/hotel fare. Room was very clean and comfortable. Tasteful decor and landscaping. Felt private and quiet though it was minutes to main roads

We had one minor issue with check-in. The hotel indicated our RSVP was canceled by Expedia, but when I viewed my app, it didn't show it was canceled. something didn't seem right. We ended up booking with the hotel directly. upon entering our room, I contacted Expedia, They called the hotel directly, and the hotel honored our Expedia rate, so all was corrected in our favor, thanks to Expedia.
