For the most part it was ok. I just didn’t like that we had a suite with the kitchen but you have to go downstairs and pick up pots and pans and you have to go get your own towels and bedding for the pull out. They would not bring anything up for you. Breakfast could also be a little better.

Asked for the room to be cleaned. Called the front desk to confirm. They stated that it would be cleaned. Came back later and the room was not cleaned as promised. Spoke to the Asst. General Manager and he stated they only clean rooms for stays longer then 4 days. He could not explain why I was told differently. Very Poor Customer Service

There were kids above our room jumping on the bed from 12-2am and then again at 6am through the whole morning.
The staff did nothing and when I complained to the manager he claimed there was nothing he could do for me. I would like a refund or discounted rate for this room. It was truly awful. I am never staying here again.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a super friendly staff. The hotel was clean, and the room was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay there again.

One of the best hotels. Your team is awesome!!!! Only 1 recommendation. There is no linen blankets for the sofa bed. Maybe keep them in the closet wrapped in plastic 👍

The manager Dennis was friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities were modern, bright and clean. I wish the bathroom was sealed with a regular door instead of sliding for more noise proofing. Also the other doors banging loudly on the floor could be heard from inside the room. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

I LOVED THIS HOTEL. VERY CLEAN AND THE BATHROOMS ARE LARGE WITH LARGE SHAMPOO/CONDITIONOR AND BADY WASH, LOTION ECT. I RENTED A 1BED THAT WAS LARGE WITH A KITCHEN FOR A LOW RATE. EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL. BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST. I WOULD COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Check in process was a little lengthy, but other than that, GREAT!

Our room was not serviced once in 5 days of stay. Then, the last day our bed broke and we were moved to another room the evening before we had to fly out. Linens were dirty at arrival and I had to replace them myself. The bright spot was the included breakfast which was decent enough. Some of the staff was friendly, while some seemed annoyed that I dared confront them regarding a dirty room.

Great location. Room was very spacious. Full kitchen. Free parking. Lots of shopping in walking distance. Outdoor patio with fire pit was nice. Very clean. Staff was great.

Nice convenient location for what we were staying for. Dennis at the front desk was very nice and informative. He was also there when we checked out he made us feel welcomed! Place is very clean and the room was large and nice. We will definitely be staying here again.

Underneat Covers were dirty (blackened) as if it has not been washed. But no Big deal I just them off and uses my own brought flat sheets

Definitely overrated. Room 318 has a dirty stained-up carpet. The cover was off the air conditioner and although I booked to Queens they gave me one king. Not terrible but definitely very average and my room in particular was below average

Must be new, very nice property. Full mini kitchen. Right next to Trader Joe’s. Enjoying my short stay very much.

We only stayed 1 night because we were in town for a football game but i wish we would've stayed longer! This spot is super clean, the room was spatious and extremely comfortable, staff was very friendly, and parking was very convenient. We loved our 24 hours spent here and will stay again if we are nearby!
