Lovely hotel with great amenities. Has restaurant and bar on main floor, snacks and drinks including various coffees for sale near the main desk. Staff was friendly and communicative and went out of the way to help. I had Shawn help throughout my stay and was wonderful. Had the other Sean check us in and he was very welcoming and friendly. There is a lovely bridge connecting from the second floor of the hotel that is a must see and the pool and spa outside are both heated. We did get in them in January. You are two blocks from whiskey row and incredible site and just 10 minutes or so from the front door of the hotel From the spot most things are 15 minutes or less from you in the area. It’s a wonderful place to be.

Everyone was super nice from the checkin to our nightcap with sweet Sam.

Always a great stay, just wish the bar was open later and breakfast was served past 10:30.

The hotel room was insanely spacious and very clean. The staff - for the most part - were kind and helpful. Great location walking distance from downtown Prescott - even in the chilly weather! We had a great experience here.

The employees made the stay. The hotel was very clean. The bar was good the food was amazing. The room was very nice and comfortable and very clean. Wish the bar stayed open later than 9. The outside patio was nice and comfortable with a nice fire pit. Nice to be able to walk places.

The bed was so exquisitely comfortable! Me and the hubby slept so well! The BEST bed we’ve ever stayed in.

Too noisy!!! Stayed in a corner unit with a balcony, and it was extremely noisy! You could hear the people upstairs walking the floors and outside the door was extremely noisy at times. You could hear people opening their door and closing their door and talking! For a brand new hotel it needs more insulation.

Great location, outdoor patio with fireplace was really nice for the evening. Also, loved the old railroad bridge and how the former buildings and structures were incorporated into the modern hotel.

Beautiful property, Restaurant serves delicious food and great service unfortunately the room 102 is too noisy to get any sleep.Guests coming back from bars would walk right in front of the window.Very loud.

My room was spacious and well equipped. I had asked for an "assisted bathroom" and it was provided as requested. The location is perfect - two blocks from famed whiskey row - and the staff couldn't be nicer. The only drawback is that there is no room service (which wasn't a major problem for me, as the area by the front desk has refreshments for purchase) and the mattresses, at least in my room, were old and saggy. But the plusses definitely outweigh the minuses and I'll plan to stay here again!

Great location for walking to explore the town. Very convenient to shopping for groceries if you need a few things. Less than a block away from airport transportation. Very clean, nice facility with everything you could want! Nice park next door for the kids!
