We only booked to stay on the day of our arrival, so very short notice! We were warmly welcomed and our room was available for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, we had a good choice of food and on the second morning we had specific requests which were met without any hesitation. The parking was not a problem in the car park with ample space. We only had to register our car in reception for the duration of our stay. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the George and Dragon in Tarvin. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed.
The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub.
Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit.
