One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time.
Stayed here for 2 weeks, without issue.

We only stayed one night, room 208. The loveseat was disgusting under the cushions. There are several stains and the room smelt like a kennel. I'm allergic to cats and dogs and I noticed a paw sticker on the door frame. I was not aware this hotel had pet rooms or I would have requested a pet free room.

Our hotel room was not that clean. No one must of swept because there was hair and dirt all over the floor. People above us were making noise felt like we were at an apartment.

The Waterwalk worked perfectly for our family trip. With seven adults, we needed plenty of space along with a kitchen and two bathrooms. We booked 2 suites with 2 beds/2baths each and had everything we needed. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby! It was nice that both laundry and dishwashing detergents were supplied. We would recommend the Waterwalk.

I stayed in this hotel when it was brand new and super clean. Now the hallways are covered in a waxy residue; the dirt is not cleaned just shmeared around and imbedded under a new coat of wax. G-d help us if they decide to buff it; they will never get the dirt out. Spraying the air with deodorizers only makes it smell worse.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Priced similar to a hotel but so much more room. It was very quiet, easy to get to and the rooms had a fully equipped kitchen. Will definitely stay here again upon visits to Minneapolis.

I liked the price and the fact that we got a suite (I tend to have trouble sleeping, so when I got out of bed at 4:00 AM I could putter without disturbing my wife.
Shortly after we arrived, someone in one of the suites must have burned something, and the burned smell lingered in the hallway for several hours. I have allergies and I found this quite annoying. A better air exchange system could be used.

Amenities are pretty cool however due to lack of cleanliness I didn’t use anything besides the tv,bed, and bathroom. There were nail clippings on the floor in the living room area, kitchen was kind of gross with crumbs all over the table,chairs,and floor. Weird smears/smudges on EVERY light switch, gunk on the paper towel holder and kitchen utensils. All in all my overall experience was just okay.. would’ve been more enjoyable had I had a clean room

A very different kind of “hotel” that is really an apartment in an apartment building. The location is quiet and convenient to Hwy 169. No breakfast is included, but I liked the clean contemporary design and furnishings. SO nice to have a real kitchen and living room. The queen bed was very comfortable (wish it could have been a king), and although I didn’t use the stacking washer & dryer, it’s a nice feature to have if staying longer than a couple days. The bathroom is spacious and there are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers on the wall inside the shower. The only thing I wish it had was grab bars in the shower. I felt a little scared stepping into and out of the tub ( it felt slippery). If they added one or two grab bars, this would be an exceptional place to stay! But overall, it’s very nice and I would recommend staying here.

this is a terrific property and I would stay again. much quieter than a hotel, conveniently located, and super clean. the bed was comfy, linens great, front desk people friendly and helpful.
one thing I wish I'd had was a baking sheet to cook on, but that's just a minor ask. it's a great place to check out.

Beautiful property- quiet, clean, modern and stocked with everything we could need. It was wonderful having laundry in our room. Staff was so friendly!

Great place - feels like a home not a hotel - with all the comforts and without service charges and cleaning fees. Love having a washer and dryer in the room - nothing like going home without dirty clothes! Staff is friendly and there is a nice self serve coffee bar in the lobby.

We had a lovely stay here. Convenient proximity to the cities, yet just outside so it's a little less hectic. Great amenities, but have to knock off points for a non-working dishwasher in our unit that was not communicated prior to getting our room. Otherwise a fab stay and would certainly stay again.

I stayed for one night for a business trip. The property was just right off of the freeway, yet in a more suburb area, so it was a very quiet setting. The property itself is new and clean. The room had great amenities, as it can be used for an apartment too. Overall, would highly recommend!

Amazing facility and outstanding staff! We stayed in a 2b/2ba queen condo suite and it was just the right size for our family and beautifully upgraded and had everything we needed for our stay. It was like a home away from home. Plan to stay here again in the future!

Althea was wonderful. She made our stay a great experience with her terrific customer service. We needed extra plates and silverware and we received it quickly. She even let us use her personal baking sheet. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. We were a party of 5 and were all extremely satisfied with our stay.
