Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room my Mom and I shared was very clean and comfortable. I received my receipt this afternoon, after being checked out most of the day, and I realized I was charged about $25 more than my receipt stated. Hmmm? Other than that, everything was lovely!

The only thing things I didn't like is that I expected a more comfortable mattress like most Marriot properties have, also the free breakfasts weren't even as good as a lower priced property in the area.

Nice physical property. That said, there was no housekeeping of our room for 3 days — which we were not told to expect, nor was it ever corrected even after complaint, so linen was not set aside for reuse. To make matters worse there are no towel racks in the bathroom to even hang up used towels for reuse.

The wonderful young lady at the front desk on 9-12-23 (late afternoon - evening) was so nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was courteous, helpful, friendly and everything a company would want in an employee and representative. My wife and I were in town for business. We were so impressed with her. My name is Wiley Dobbs (We stayed the night of 9-12-23) and we are from Boise, Idaho. Please extend our most grateful thanks for her hospitality.

This is a well located and modern hotel. However, there is zero enforcement of any quiet hours and there were guests partying on the patio until 2 in the morning all nights we stayed. The breakfast was also not very good - everything was over-cooked and there was a poor selection.

Just a quick trip from Boise to visit some family and ride MTB trails. Deer Creek Trail was just down the road and very convenient.

This is a great stay for a Sun Valley ski vacation. Hailey is a wonderful town and really close to the resort. This Fairfield is very nice, the staff courteous and the rooms clean and safe. I especially liked the breakfast. It was definitely a step above average hotel complimentary breakfasts.

The hotel is overall pretty nice. It's definitely the best choice in the town of Hailey. We've stayed at them all. Every thing is clean and new and the location is great. Parking is easy. The only thing is one of the staff members was rude to us. We asked for additional pillows because both my mom and I have arthritis and he was very rude to us about it. He chastised us for asking for more and said he was making sure it went "on file" that we had the additional 4 pillows (for a two queen bed room). Other than the rude and degrading comments from Mitch our stay was very nice. They aren't servicing the rooms daily though which is annoying. So we had to call for fresh towel and trash emptying.
