I loved the baths and sauna on the 3rd floor. Best part of the stay, including the complimentary morning milky refreshment and the evening ice cream. Centrally located; fun to remove shoes.

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again! Amazing hotel, wonderful staff, and great location in the city. For those reading this review, please note that no bathing suits are permitted in the onsen (noting in case it's helpful for anyone) :)

Breakfast is excellent. Free Ramen at night and it is quite delicious. Too many people in the onsen from 9 to 12, should avoid this period. Bed in room is very comfortable so that I can sleep well. Japanese style hotel with good location is spacious and comfy. Highly recommend and will come again.
Only cons is you have to take off your shoes and wear only socks when moving around the hotel. Imagine if the suitcase wheels were dirty; you might not want to walk along the path your suitcase had trod. This needs improvement.

This was our first time in Kanazawa but we were familiar with the Onyando Nono hotel and onsen chain. This is a great spot in the heart of the city, close to many landmarks. The rooms are always so clean, probably in part to shows not being allowed in the hotel (you lock them away in the lobby). The breakfast buffet is not to be missed. It's one of the best in Japan. The staff was incredibly helpful with luggage shipping.
