Spacious room, clean, good location. Wish they had free waters!

Nice area to walk, shop and find places to eat. Decoration, furnishings and quality of fixtures show a level of care by management.

We arrived 4 hours prior to check-in and requested early check-in, which I realize can’t always be accommodated, but our room wasn’t ready until 30+ minutes past the posted check-in time. When we got to the room our balcony was overlooking a large construction site and offered no actual “city” view. I also didn’t like how the doors to the main room and bathroom are pocket doors as they provide no sound barrier. Also, the door that went between the bedroom and the living room area kept sliding open and there was no lock or way to keep it closed for privacy. I also didn’t like that the main bathroom with the shower was shared between both bedrooms even though there is a separate bathroom without the shower right next to the other bedroom/main door. If you require or want privacy you will not want to book the junior suite. The pool area and property are nice, I just didn’t care for the room layout, late check-in, or lack of view. If the room setup/layout at least provided more privacy I would’ve considered staying there again.

Lovely hotel/apartment, really comfortable bed. Late check out given (and appreciated). Our only issues were the sofa bed was not made up for our arrival and we had to ask and breakfast ended at 10am, we were not informed and the website states 11am on weekends so we didn't have any!

Great location, beautiful view at the 24th floor, good breakfast.

The be had roaches, one of the bathrooms was clogged and one of the TVs didn’t work. When we reported it, we were told that they could not do anything about it since maintenance was gone for the day

Not very good, only the receptionist spoke english, the room we booked was high floor and we got the lowest floor of the suits, cleaners came to room and said LEAVE, we said they could make the bed but they could ot understand english so just shouted at us again saying Leave in Spanish so we shut the door. We went to the top floor bar for a drink and food, initial bill came to just over 40 dollars went to pay and got told it was 58 dollars then told the hotel does not accept credit cards in spanish and had to pay cash, paid and got told no change, asked for a receipt and told do not give them. Reported this to receptionist when leaving and they were not interested, seems the hotel might be part of the Hilton group but definitely not to their standard,

Good: received early check in and late check out. Very stylish space. Nice complimentary breakfast. Nice neighborhood. Lots of space in suite. Bad: suite wasn’t cleaned well, really need to be better. Parking is overpriced in our opinion, if you’re paying for a suite it should be a better price. Too few elevators for amount of floors.
