Casa Blanca Hotel - Cypress, Buena Park

The furniture in the room was updated and very well kept. TV was functioning like new and the bed was clean. This area is known for hotels with plumbing problems and roaches, luckily I didn't experience either one of them. I stayed for two nights and had zero complaints. The maintenance staff was super friendly and in a great mood both days and they didn't wake you up with obnoxious and excessive door knocking like the other hotels staff. I am not exaggerating when I say that I am booking this same hotel tomorrow night and whenever I have business in this area. Thank you to the front desk and the rest of the staff!

There was a small leak underneath the sink. But when I reported it, the maintenance guys were there quickly and asked permission before tightening the plastic p-trap which stopped the leak. They must get paid good because they're taking care of business

The room was very clean this is the one spot I go to stay when I'm in the area and the husband and wife that run the place are very friendly and not just when u check in they are the whole time your there and very helpful.Ive stayed at a lot of different motels in the area and Casa Blanca is by far the best to stay at..If your in the area you must stay there..Tell them you seen Fredericks post they might hook you up.Im just a customer and don't work there I just want you to know this is the go to place,and yes I've stayed here more then 10 different times and by the way I'm disabled and they take care of me with the perfect rooms

The only thing I didn't like is when it's time to go home

The staff were so empathetic to our having to (mandantory) evacuate my 91 year old father from his home due to a possible chemical leak/explosion in his area. They were kind and understanding. while still remaining professional.

There was nothing that we didnt like about it. We were grateful that they were there for us in such a time of need.

The property was mostly for homeless

People walking around a lot
