Worst place to stay.

I stayed at this establishment for two weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The location is quiet and the staff is great. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a place to stay while in the area.

Well was charge an additional 60 something dollars on my bill with no explanation for what it was for an when I was checking out this morning no one was there. Other then that my stay was good thank you an Probly won’t use Studio 6 hotels again

Newly Renovated property with clean kitchen and latest appliances. Staff and room service is amazing for providing clean set of towels daily for extended stay properties. Comcast cable with HBO is great, but free Wifi speed sucks. Luckily my 5G network was great in this area so it worked out well. 10-12 mins away from Disney, so really great for small family to stay during their visits. Loved this new remodeled place and will stay here again on my next Disney vacation

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I loved the little kitchenette. It was perfect. Saved on going out to eat. The first room we entered was a smoking room and air conditioner was broken. But the young man that checked us in was polite and switched our room immediately. The wifi was in and out which was inconvenient at times. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, kitchen towel if needed. We we stayed for 4 days they gave us plenty of coffee, creamer. Was very pleased with stay.

Not so good coz of plumbing problem, shower faucet was defective, air inside the room can smell cigarette smokes.

It was expected for a 2 star hotel

Property is conveniently located and that's about it. We checked in at almost 9pm, when we got into our room it smelled bad, bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper, I called the front desk and we got switched to another room in which the AC didn't worked only the fan, next morning before checking out we saw 2 cockroaches in different parts of the room. Studio 6 is a "extended stay" concept but this property feels more than like an "apartment complex" than a motel/hotel; a lot of people, who surely live there, were at the parking lot until around 1am, we didn't felt safe to be honest even though the area where the hotel is feels safe. The pool is "permanently closed". I know it's a MOTEL 6 property but even considering that it is worth avoiding.

one of the worst hotels, I was deceived there and waiting twice for a room! "RECEPTION" stinks, who was at the reception, it's not clear where he slept there were supposedly "clean" towels, unsanitary conditions, flies fly in the room, there is no cleaning of everything

Time to be remodeled. Floors are disgusting inside the rooms. Showers are patched together. Floor is buckling. Bring your own towels. On the plus side for the property. It does have a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. That’s where the 2 stars came from

Room was ok outside was questionable

It was decent room with a kitchen. Just noisy outside with a loud crowd & music.

This place is not what is advertised. Loud music till 1-2am, no toiletries, horrific cleaning smell had to leave AC on all times, Management verbally told me she didn’t want to hear my complaints. Sketch people on foot and driving in and out all times. No towels for 2 days. Again complained to mgmt who said go tell Expedia. Declined to refund me anything. BEWARE!!! I would give this place ZERO stars. Advertise correctly and show real up to date photos

There were several attempts to enter my room. I left a window open to let some fresh air in, and immediately a man walked by and stood next to it, watching a video on his phone. As soon as I closed the window, he left. Early in the morning, I opened a door slightly, again, to let in air, and there was someone who wanted to check if he can open the door. He/they left after I screamed "Hey!"

The room is bare bones with not even soap to clean dishes. No paper towels and with limited maid service the kitchen towels we used and dirty before their service. I had to ask the front desk for basic items like a can opener since mine was broken. The front desk really tried to accommodate me and I felt safe even though there were a lot of people who would hang out Of their rooms with alcohol and smoking. No one bothered me but as a single woman traveling alone I was cautious. I even slept with my window open. Great location for my needs. It’s a budget motel. So I didn’t have high expectations.

The tenants were drinking outside of rooms, smelled of weed. Very Loud music. Not very safe area to park car or rest comfortably. When complaining to the office he stated he did not know this. We refused to stay and he refunded us.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very noisy and potentially unsafe. Definitely not child friendly. Our room smelt like smoke. They had no amenities. This may be the last time I book a room on Expedia

The room and the bathroom were clean, the kitchenette was clean but the TV did not work. There was no channels, but since there is Wi-Fi, we just used our phones. The property is a little rundown, but the staff and front desk were great.

Front desk was rude, on his phone the whole speaking in native tongue. He gave orders and did not answer any questions. Facility was ok and parking lot was full.
