The villa and location were amazing. We loved the little path down to the rocky cove where we swam and snorkled, the fish were fabulous. The pool was perfect and the lady that came in every day to clean was an added bonus.

It would have been useful to know that the pool needed to be accessed from one of the bedrooms, it did not bother us at all but might be useful for other groups to know.

Location and view were exceptional with direct access to sea. Villa terraces and pool area amazing. Cleaned and bins emptied daily. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance

Minor points - no plastic drinks containers for use around pool. Two bedrooms slightly small which meant you couldn’t open patio doors fully as beds in way but the pros definitely outweighed any cons!

Vila are o amplasare foarte reușită, are propria ieșire la plajă (există varianta de pe stâncă și prin drum la plajă, însă plaja este sălbatică, nu este amenajată, apa foarte curată). Casa are în apropiere restaurante, supermarket, o patiserie și este la o distanță de 20 minute pe jos de orașul Skala. Vila are bazin, cu șezlonguri și îți oferă intimitate față de vecini. Este o doamnă care vine în fiecare zi și scoate gunoiul. Ne-am simțit foarte bine.

Curățenia este ne calitativă, parca nici nu se face - când am sosit frigiderul era murdar (eu l-am spălat), și pe podea se simțea gunoi, parcă nu se curățase. Seara internetul era mai slab.

The private pool with a view and the friendly host were the only great points of this property.

The villa 1 where we stayed for 3 nights was not as clean as expected and we didn't feel comfortable to stay inside or have proper sleep at nights due to the fear for cockroaches which we countered during the second night of our stay where we found cockroaches in our bedroom (poor my sister who is terrified of the them stayed the whole night up), also the beds were uncomfortable. It seems that the villa is not cleaned thoroughly regularly, as dust and dirt could be found around each corner and the kitchen appliances were full of oil and dirt. I have allergy to house dust mites which was accelerated during my stay there. The bathrooms are so basic and small. The villa is rather far from the next supermarket and considering the steep road and the heat it's not easy to walk to the supermarkets and good restaurants which are located in Skala village, so it's better to consider renting a car if you are planning to stay in villa Brio. Also, if you are travelling with seniors or children, this property is not recommended as there are narrow and steep marble stairs which you need to take to go to bedrooms and bathrooms.
