Villa was stunning with fantastic views and an amazing infinity pool. Very clean through out and well equipped. However the outside partially covered areas need addressing. The slatted coverings not useful when it rains!! Having a bbq and eating outside when it was raining was not possible. Such a shame. Also description on the Vrbo website completely incorrect regarding location. Nowhere does it say that the road up to the villa is extremely steep and not suitable for older generations. Also there are no restaurants within 2 - 8 minutes walking!! I complained to the owner who immediately replied and apologised. She did not supply this incorrect information. I would not have chosen this villa had I known its real location. We did make the most of our week but this experience has taught me to check all information with the owner personally and not trust Vrbo.

The property was as advertised on Vrbo and was excellent with everything you could want for a great holiday. Only slight concern was the marble staircase with 2 & 4 year olds. Location was further from Skala town than we realised and a car is an absolute necessity as the road to and from the property is extremely steep. We initially had some problems at the start of the holiday with no water at all for half a day but I contacted the owner Karon immediately and she did everything she could to get it back on asap.Unfortunately there were an incredible amount of wasps in the villa gardens and pool area and indeed everywhere we went including the beach and every restaurant we visited and most of my family, including the children, were stung but that obviously was no fault of the property.Overall a wonderful place to stay.

We loved the location of Villa Aspro just up in the hills above Skala Beach. The pool area and outside living areas are fabulous with plenty of sunny and shady areas. Great ac and showers in all bedrooms, everything we needed in the villa for a large family group. The local restaurants are plenty and so friendly and it’s easy to hire boats from Poros and plenty more restaurants there. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday thank you Karon for being so helpful and responsive to our questions.

We had a fantastic week staying at this villa at the beginnng of July ( 2 families with 4 teenagers) The views from the villa are spectacular and the pool area is lovely. The villa itself is spacious but quite basic and not particularly clean( we had to wash most of the glasses and cutlery before we could use them) We received a towel change mid week but no cleaning or changing of bedding. We managed to walk into town on quite a few nights - so the hill even though steep is quite do able. Micheal who looks after the villa was lovely and very accommodating , he gave us some good tips about eating out and booking trips .
