Secluded villa with breathtaking views
Questa proprietà elegante e confortevole è situata in una posizione unica e completamente privata, ma a soli 5 minuti di auto dal porto di Sami. Progettato e costruito in un tema nautico si trova all'interno di 2000 mq su un promontorio alto benedetto con una vista ininterrotta del pittoresco villaggio sul mare di Agia Efimia e l'isola di Itaca. L'area è di grande bellezza naturale e la proprietà è comprensibilmente uno dei più desiderabili dell'isola. Vi è un accesso tramite un sentiero privato a una piccola spiaggia appartata a soli 150 metri di distanza. In alternativa, a 10 minuti in auto potrete raggiungere la famosa spiaggia di Antisamos con i suoi snack bar sul lungomare e le strutture per sport acquatici. La distanza dall'aeroporto è 33 chilometri e possiamo fornire il servizio di raccolta.
La Villa offre anche un barbecue tradizionale e una zona pranzo all'aperto all'interno dei giardini paesaggistici, che può ospitare fino a 12 persone. C'è una quinta camera da letto matrimoniale nel seminterrato. Questa camera è destinata a una tata o a un aiutante domestico e ha un bagno privato. L'area seminterrata contiene anche un ampio salone / area giochi e un WC separato.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location. Had everything we needed, and more. Amazing views from the terrace and a clean, large swimming pool. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, private property. A car is required for travel.

This is a great property, the photo's almost don't do it justice, the inside is large, clean and comfortable, the outside is stunning, especially the salt water pool, which is huge and great for smaller children with such a sizeable shallow end, but over 6' deep at the other.All the bedrooms have great air con - as does the main living area (although one unit wasn't working during our visit - but that didn't make a difference).Being able to walk (via a private path) to a little bay is also very special, meaning kids can enjoy an hour snorkle without having to drive anywhere.Michalis, the caretaker, turns up every other day to make sure the pool and outside areas are clean, he also takes away the rubbish and offers to change bedding - he was excellent.Helpful hints for future guests; - you will definately need a car, and the track the property is quite rough. - Bear in mind this part of Kefalonia has many wasps, although they were not agressive - more annoying. This is the same if you eat out in Sami. Bring some wasp/sting stuff just in case.- The local shops in Sami are great, no need to stock up at Lidl like we did! - Eating out in Sami is very reasonable, and we ended up eating out more than cooking by the end of our holiday. - The beds are a little firm (which some may prefer),- The beds are doubles, not singles pushed together, which could reduce flexibility.- make sure to bring some crocs or water shoes, as many beaches are stoney

We had a great time and Michalis, who manages the property, was superb. Only issues were a wasp nest on the property (which Michalis tried to control) and some missing fixtures in the bathrooms (everything still worked though). The property is surrounded by nature, so there was a fair bit of mosquitos at night. Beautiful location and stunning views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
