This was an older hotel. The floor had been updated with vinyl but there were many gaps with dirt collected. There were marred up walls. The tub had molding removed along outside bottom for some reason. It looked like, if they started renovations, they were not completed. The bed headboard had a thick layer of dust along the padding on the top. The bed was extremely comfy, pillow very comfy too. The shower head was good. I would not stay here again because cleanliness is my #1.

When we discovered the electricity wasn't working on the wall with the TV, fridge, & microwave, we called the desk; someone came up immediately and found the circuit breaker to restart the electricity on that wall. The bathroom sink had a funky smell of sewer gas; flushing water through the drain helped only temporarily so we reported that to the front desk before leaving. During this road trip, we've noticed many places - not just here, that the fabric covered armchairs are soiled. Think hotels should consider avoiding fabric covered furniture that can't be easily cleaned) sanitized. The floors were vinyl & clean as was the bedding and bathroom furnishings. And all staff (front desk, custodian, & breakfast room staff we're all friendly & responsive so, it was a pleasant stay.

It would have been nice to know the pool was closed for maintenance before we got there. It was one of the reasons we chose the place to stay. We were very disappointed in that.

The property was super clean, and the staff were very prompt, polite and helpful. When my TV was not working, within minutes of calling the front desk, an employee was in my room and fixing it.
The hair dryer for my room fell off of the wall.

We picked Best Western over BridgePointe Inn where we stayed last time because their breakfast wasn’t very good. Unfortunately that was the one negative thing about Best Western. I think the food had been sitting in its warmers for waaaay too long. The tater tots were not even chewable and the eggs and sausage patties weren’t good either. Coffee had been sitting in its pot too long and waffle batter was very runny. After we got our food the friendly attendant refilled some with fresh food of which we tried the eggs which were better. She also gave all our children a bag of muffins which was sweet of her.
There was LOTS of seating in the dining and lobby including multiple areas with couches or cozy chairs.
I loved that all the rooms had vinyl flooring instead of rug. But there was a smell in the room that caused my throat to burn and I had a hard time falling asleep because it made me cough. It could have been because our window was by the swimming pool room?
There was also a hair on the pillow and some hair on the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise it was very clean.
Pool area looked very nice but we didn’t get a chance to check it in person.
I’d def recommend staying in council bluffs over Omaha based on motel reviews alone

Room was clean but the bed needs a new mattress kind of off the beaten path but parking lot was well lit all the doors needed a key card we had a good breakfast in the nicest eating area looked like a restaurant had a good selection only thing that bothered me was there were no biscuits and gravy we will stay there again

Rm146: had ZERO heat in Mid November 2023! And there was quite a cold draft coming in from UNDER the heating unit!!
To top it off? Summer blanket.

Changed my room when I got there for some reason. There are no elevators and the hot tub has been covered up and is not in use anymore. Otherwise breakfast was good and room was OK.

Pretty dumpy old building, right next to the train and truck stop so super loud and the bathrooms don't have fans and the windows don't open so it's unbearably muggy if you try to take a shower and the whole place smells like mildew which is gross.

Just a one night's stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable, not overly crowded and not noisy. Room was great, price was even better. we'd definitely stay here again

Staff was great! Motel is just old. VERY loud Air Conditioner, rattles, even the refrigerator is noisy. The front exterior and inside the main desk area is nice, but going to the side and back exterior it just shows its age. However, it served our purpose and is close to Mid America Center and Casino, just off the Interstate which is handy. Reasonably priced. Rooms are nice and clean.

We came in very late and just needed to sleep. Though the staff person was busy for a while before she could check us in, she was very friendly and incredibly efficient. Our stay was wonderful!

Very noisy, with people slamming doors until after midnight. The bathroom was dirty, the shower didn’t work properly, and the towels were stained.

We going need bugs in our room while sleeping, the staff did nothing other than switch out rooms. After requesting a refund I was told the manager was on vacation for two weeks and refused to give me a refund for the room.

This is an old property in a bad area. Our room had a clump of cobwebs on the wall. The room was very dark and aged. I would not stay there again and I generally really like Best Westerns
