Beachfront location and well stocked with everything you could need. Well laid out. Comfortable. The visiting cat!

Outside would benefit from some TLC.

Great location, great place for up to three couples. Great design, very nicely furnished. Loved the town and general area.

Weather - it rained the whole time in we were there in March - not the properties fault. Never could get the front door lock to work for us, Property is showing a bit of use, could use a bit of minor repairs. Bad marks on the beach since the storm washed all of the sand away - temporary we think.

Perfekte fußläufige Lage zu hervorragenden Lokalen und der Strand direkt vor der Terrasse.

This villa is very special, 3 large en-suite bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and a lovely lounge area. Furnished throughout with great taste and comfort. The outside area is just amazing, it’s huge with different areas, lovely beds around the pool, beds with shade looking out to sea and a sitting area perfect for those pre dinner drinks. Along with a dining area, outdoor kitchen area with bbq you want for nothing…AND it’s right on the beach, the sea was warm and shallow making it easy to swim every day but make sure you take your sea shoes for the pebbles. Having a coffee shop steps away which sold the most delicious pink bubbles and parking was a huge bonus. Along with an easy walk to half a dozen really good restaurants you really don’t need to leave the area but a short taxi ride away is the gorgeous town of Rethymno with its great restaurants, bars and fab shopping. This holiday was definitely one of the best.

I had to leave
