Overall a good experience. Clean and spacious apartment. Good enough for 2-3 people. Although not even a blanket to be found for someone sleeping on the sofa bed. Wi-fi is fast (300mbps). Equipped kitchen, you will find pots, pans, cutlery etc. which might be helpful. And it's a walking distance to Milan central station (very handy, under 10 minutes walk), and to metro stations (Loreto and Caiazzo)
Boiler stopped working one day, and we were left without hot water. Not too good when it's so hot in Milan and you can't have a shower. On a positive it was fixed the next day. While close proximity to central station is a big plus, the area/street itself isn't very appealing. And something you won't know until the 1st morning, the church at the back. The bell is very loud and it's right behind bedroom windows. Didn't bother me that much as I'd get up early every morning, for those wanting to sleep in it just won't work.

The property was clean and neat
The location is not nice, it’s a very quiet street, far from the central station, and of course, five stops by Metro from the Duomo
So nothing special in the location
Also, they forced me to check out at 10 AM exactly to clean up the apartment for upcoming guests yet no one came to the apartment until 2 PM which was really disappointed as I have requested them many times that I need the apartment until 1 p.m.
Also, the air conditioner had issues on the first day, but to be honest, they send someone to fix it by the end of the day
