Terra Cottages Uluwatu Bali

The kindest of the staff was exceptional, breakfast very good and the grounds are lovely. I had flu symptoms on my last day and they made me lemon and ginger tea and insisted on going to the pharmacy for me, all with no charge.

It’s a shame there is so much building work around but on a plus I had monkeys outside my bedroom window on the new building next door.

Un posto semplicemente meraviglioso! Il Terra Cottage ci ha conquistati fin dal primo momento: le stanze sono bellissime, curate nei minimi dettagli e davvero accoglienti. La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere le spiagge e godersi al meglio la zona. Una nota speciale va al personale, davvero gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto a farti sentire a casa. E poi il cibo… spaziale! Piatti buonissimi, sapori incredibili e una qualità che ci ha lasciati davvero soddisfatti. Un soggiorno che porteremo nel cuore. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un posto bello, tranquillo, comodo e con un’ospitalità davvero speciale!

We stayed at Terra Cottages for just two nights, but the experience was genuinely lovely and very personal. From the moment we arrived, the hotel manager (Sophie) was incredibly sweet, kind and welcoming. She took a genuine interest in us and made us feel like guests rather than just customers. We arrived about two hours before the normal check-in time, and they were kind enough to let us into our rooms early, which was such a nice touch after traveling. I also want to give a big shoutout to the entire Team at Terra Cottages. Everyone we interacted with was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful. You could really feel that the hospitality here is personal and sincere, rather than simply being part of a standard hotel experience. The level of personal service continued throughout our stay. We had a special request to purchase some flower seeds, and the hotel kindly helped arrange the purchase for us. The seeds were delivered to reception the following day, something they absolutely didn't have to do, but which really showed how helpful and accommodating they were. We were also kindly offered a late check-out and a lunch before heading to the airport, which were such thoughtful personal touches and really added to the feeling of being well looked after. The rooms themselves were cozy, beautifully styled and very clean. In fact, the entire boutique hotel has a lovely, intimate and cozy atmosphere that makes it feel quite different from a larger resort. Breakfast was excellent and a wonderful way to start the day. The banana pancakes were delicious! We only stayed for two nights, but Terra Cottages left a lasting impression. The genuine hospitality and personal attention were definitely the highlights of our stay. We would happily stay here again when visiting Uluwatu!

Breakfast was very delicous and to be honest it was the best part of our stay. staff was friendly The hotel was very well located

we were expecting more of this place with so many great reviews. bathroom didn't have a door, the light got in the room really early.. that was not a lot of light in the room after sunset... it was not that confortable as we would have imagine.
