Location. The bed. Aesthetic.
Had a poor exchange of messages regarding the towels which were left on the floor (by us). We received a polite message mid way through the day telling us that we had left the towels on the floor and sent us photo evidence. We did not expect them to be cleaned by leaving them on the floor as we knew that the hotel policy was to place towels we wanted washing in a basket. However the message implied that we are not allowed to leave them on the floor irrespective which made us feel like we had done something wrong. We had no in person exchange on this.

Very helpful and friendly staff! We loved all the lovely surprises at the hotel. Special thanks to Benjamin for all his help and for making our stay even more enjoyable!
