I love the foodies for breakfast and tea . Very useful when u come back from hikes in the area . Very close to shop and city center

Proximity Unit size and facilities

Would have liked a top flat sheet rather than the heavy doona. Unreal expectations of rubbish removal, especially if you're a pedestrian or cyclist; maybe provide some bulk waste removal onsite.

What you see on site is what you get. Pictures are a very accurate representation of what's available. Location is close to town centre with petrol station, supermarket and train station on the doorstep. It is also on the loch but is in an industrial park. Check in process is easy if you have access to email. If you don't it would be impossible I think. Snacks provided were very generous. Free parking is provided The heater warmed up the room very quickly

It is not well priced for what you get. It is a hostel not a hotel. It seems to be reasonably fully booked however so obviously market is ok with the price. There are no staff at all on the premises. If your key card stops working and you are coming back late at night. I think you're sleeping in the corridor. Do not follow the advice to leave a key card in the lockbox to guard against this. When you get the code you will realize that doing so potentially grants access to our room for everyone staying there and potentially everyone who ever has. There is no control over front door. It is always open. A microwave and a fridge in the room should be provided. This could be done for the price of a couple of night's stay I was puzzled by the take away your rubbish rule. Surely that's part of making up the room. I've never encountered that before. There was no information as to where to take it and an earnest search failed to locate any bin for the Lodge's use. Are we supposed to take it home? That would raise a few eyebrows when checking in to a flight
