Great location. Easy and safe access. Amazing property. Clean and modern. Plenty of amenities. Exactly what I needed for a week long stay. I’d use again in a heartbeat.

Visited Houston during the Christmas week to visit with family and the host Eunice went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Not only was her home filled with all the comforts needed when traveling with family but she included Christmas decor which added to the festive ambiance needed in keeping with the Holiday spirit. The townhome community is quiet and gated which provided peace of mind and a sense of safety. The home is delightful, well appointed, within close proximity to everything and everyone we needed to see and events we needed to attend including Lakewood Church for Christmas Eve service and Discovery Green for Holiday fun. We will surely return to this rental and recommend to our friends and loved ones.

We most enjoyed our stay at this property of of Houston experience. The hime was absolutely comfortable and beautiful. The art work was amazing and communicating with the property owners was seamless and pleasant. Thank you for aharing your home with us:)

The home was beautiful and as described and neighborhood was quiet but almost seemed deserted. My friends and I ended up leaving early because we felt someone else had access to the house other than us. One of the days leaving the home we watched the garage door close as we left but came back to it being open. The last day we were there the drawer from the refrigerator was placed on the counter but NOT by any of us. Needless to say we were spooked, felt unsafe and left.

My husband, college aged son, niece, and niece’s boyfriend came to Houston from SC to see old friends and take in an Astros game. This place was perfect for our stay! It was beautiful, immaculate, and very comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out and the place had everything we needed. We especially loved that we had our own garage! Minute Maid Park (about 1.5 miles away) and lots of restaurants were within walking distance. We walked during the day, but we did Uber at night because we weren’t completely familiar with the surrounding neighborhoods. There was also a CVS within walking distance. If we come back to Houston, we will definitely try to rent this place again. It was fabulous!

I booked for a coworker and myself while in a conference downtown. We were literally a mile away from the George Brown Convention Center. I absolutely loved the decor in the home. Looks just like the pictures. The home was clean and welcoming. We traveled during an intense June heatwave and the air stayed cold! There are 4 levels, if you include the rooftop, however that allowed more privacy and separation with the bedrooms. The host was extremely accommodating and flexible with our schedule. I'd give this home an A+. They've set the bar for my future rentals!

We stayed here on our mini vacation to see THE KILLERS! We had an amazing time here! Relaxing atmosphere inside the town home. Close to lots of cool attractions. We were not able to sit on the rooftop due to rainstorms while we were there. BUT I'm sure it would've been very relaxing with a nice glass of wine or a cold beer!

The home was absolutely wonderful. Well decorated and clean. There are a lot of stairs which was fine for my group but if traveling with older people or people with disabilities this may not be the best option for you. I would most definitely book again!

I would highly recommend this rental. It is as described. It was a 15 min walk to the convention center, so perfect for our stay. The host was extremely responsive. The decor is tasteful, and it had all the amenities needed for our stay. I would recommend this rental.

My friends and I decided on this property due to convince and easy access to bars and restaurants. Additionally, it was a 25 minute easy walk to Minute Maid Park. We loved the place and would recommend it to others.

Great property located in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was amazing and answered all questions promptly and was gracious to extend the stay on short notice.

Very spacious, attractive and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Eunice was very responsive, with super quick responses. Everything went smoothly, from reservation to check in, to departure. Thanks!
A few comments for future travelers. First, there’s very little natural light in the condo (other than sitting on the roof deck), if that’s important to you. (The property on both sides is close to other condos, and long drapes cover all the windows.). Second, the condo is not really a comfortable walking distance to downtown (and, for some reason, there are almost no sidewalks throughout the area—perhaps because it’s a transitioning industrial/warehouse area). Last, there are very few restaurants, and no nearby stores other than a CVS, within walking distance.
All that said, we were very comfortable at the property, and it’s an easy drive or Uber to downtown and surrounding sites (@5-15 minutes). We didn’t see many people around, but the neighborhood seemed quiet and mostly residential. Thanks for everything, Eunice!

I stayed at this property on Aug 26-28 The property is definitely a 5 star i will recommend it to anybody. Lots of space, Clean, high maintenance the area felt so safe. I will definitely be booking this property again.

The home is as beautiful as you see in the pictures, if not more beautiful! I thought the interior decoration was very intentional and consistent and I was impressed with the cleanliness. I truly felt comfortable staying here.

Excellent place with wonderful hosts.
This place is exactly what my girlfriend and friends were looking! None of us had been to Houston before but we got to explore most of the downtown area because of how close we were to all the attractions. The hosts even recommended a few places to visit during our stay. The place was spotless, had ample free parking spaces, the decor was modernly chic with high-end furniture, a dedicated work space (which none of us used), and a gorgeous patio with a view of the Houston skyline and a wine fridge. I'm glad we stayed here and will definitely do so again next time we're in Houston.
