• Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental (with the exception of coat closet on first floor)
• You will be provided with a unique access code to our electronic door lock and gate code to garage.
• You will have access to two (2) free garage parking spaces. There is plenty of free street parking.
• We offer a rental car service that may be discussed after confirmed booking. (7 Seater mid-size SUV Infiniti Q6XO).

The location and the aesthetic of the home was excellent. The kitchen appliances and dishes were of good quality and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. However, there were some cleanliness issues throughout the house:Cleanliness- [ ] Master bedroom bed upholstery was filthy on the side of the bed - [ ] No amenities like soap; towels were sparse for 5 people. The quality and size of towels was not for adults.- [ ] No bath/shower soap in bathrooms- [ ] Distinct smell in master bedroom; decorative pillows need cleaning.- [ ] Refrigerator was not clean. It smelled and the filter was not replaced. Had to buy baking soda to help with smell. - [ ] Basic kitchen amenities like salt and pepper not available Salt has bugs in it.- [ ] Master toilet would not flush properly. Had to keep filling with water.- [ ] Living room furniture needs cleaning pillows on sofa and chairs were dirty.- [ ] No TV in master or 2nd floor bedroomFeels like the house was not reset from previous guests. Basic cleaning was done, but not sufficient based on notes above.Found towels in dryer on last day. The quality of towels did not fit the quality of the home.
