It was walkable to everything and had private parking! Which was a plus. The staff was great!
It was at the end of the downtown area which again, still walkable to everything just about a 15min walk to the port. I think it was still a little pricey but, a little more reasonable than the ones by the water or in middle of downtown.

The Motel is very well located - walkable to everything in Bar Harbor. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly at check-in and they have a number of free snacks and water available.
Really nothing! The property is basic, but clean and comfortable for a quality stay.

Very nice location, making the most of walking Bar Harbor downtown. Room size is comfortable and clean.
Tiny bathroom with old stains on the ceiling. Breakfast is all in packages, except for apples. Tiny, tiny refrigerator
