The room was large enough to be comfortable for the two of us. I would have appreciated a second chair for sitting together in the room, but maybe the upside of that is that it got us out of the room and out the door to explore the beautiful town of Bar Harbor.
I wish there was a second chair in the room.

it’s not a bed and breakfast that serves breakfast, but you’re so centrally located to great restaurants that it’s not a problem. The stay is very old world vintage and is quite charming, good history of the building. Would definitely stay again.

We were on the 3rd floor. Had to carry luggage up 3 flights of vet skinny stairs

Attentive innkeeper- we left a pillow after check out and he texted us within 10 min so we were able to retrieve it quickly. Perfect location. Loved the breakfast nook and wrap around porch. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The inn is the PERFECT location for a trip to bar harbor. Two steps away from all the shops and restaurants downtown. A quaint little coffee/breakfast place across the street. Phil and Doreen are the most welcoming innkeepers I’ve met and we typically like to stay in places like this all over New England. The rooms were adorable, clean, and very well taken care of. The service is impeccable and we could not have been happier! We will definitely return.

0ur host, the laid-back atmosphere, the porch and rooms and furnishings, linens, teas and coffees, housekeeping, everything in fact. It is now our favorite inn.
