This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach and we had a wonderful time. With two young children and a wagon we had no problem walking to the beach, pool and into town. The house was child and family friendly with child safety gates and nice selection of games. We would stay here again.

Three generations stayed here for our beach vacation and it was loved by all! The house was clean and beautiful and RIGHT next to the beach. Very sweet touches and welcome treats. We all absolutely want to stay again!

Things like hand soap in all bathrooms, dish soap, laundry soap, zip loc bags, extra trash bags, etc that I always forget to bring, were already there and plentiful. Since we made a few meals at home we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. There were lots of beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach towels available for us to use. There were also tons of games and DVD's available in the house. It fit our adult family of 5 plus 2 guests perfectly!

Had the best time at Rosemary Beach. The house is exactly as described and is in a perfect location so you quickly enjoy the beach, the pools and all that Rosemary has to offer.
The owners could not have been nicer in all of their communication prior to arrival, while we were there and after we left.

Gorgeous, well stocked, lovely home
Just amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with tons of extras and consumables like paper towel and toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and an ice machine. TWO dishwashers! Perfect location. Professional Florida-style decor. One block from Walkover A. This place is amazing. We will return. Six stars plus.

The owners of this property kept an open line of communication the entire time. The main house was spectacular and spacious. This property is right across the street from a park and in such a cute neighborhood. I would definitely come back with my family, including my 2 year old.

I’ve been in several vrbo. This is by the best stocked house and with top of the live quality linens and housewares. They spared no expense. Luxury vacation. You will feel pampered. The time of year was quiet and not crowded. Perfect weekend with the perfect friends.

We loved our stay! The house was well stocked, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent. We found that this part of the beach is a little more quiet than the rest of Rosemary, which is good for our family. And the pool is close!

We absolutely loved staying here. The property is spotless and includes all the essentials. A special nice touch I loved were the Aveda bath products. They have thought of everything you need.
The internet wasn't working for us the first day or so (which honestly we didn't mind on vaca) and somehow the owners knew and asked if there was an issue with wifi. They had the cleaning lady come install a new router to make sure we had wifi. They handled it seamless.
We can't wait to come again!

My family and I spent the week here in early June 2021. First off, the place is great. It has everything you would want in a beach rental. The location could not be better. Incredibly easy walk to the Coquina pool and beach at Walkover A. The place is on the east side of Rosemary which creates just enough space from the downtown Rosemary traffic but still an easy bike ride to dinner for the adults and to Sugar Shack for the kids. This our 4th time to Rosemary and this is easily the best location of the 4.
And, while everything about the house and location is exactly what you want at Rosemary, I cannot say enough about the owners and on-site contact. They jumped right in to help my mother in law with a medical issue that occurred while my wife, kids, and I were a few hours away fishing. Beyond that, they graciously mailed back an item we left behind at the end of our trip.
