I liked the size of the main room and the amount of hooks and to have a kettle and a long mirror. It's near a good pub, opposite the park and near the underground.

I was not at all impressed by the methods for communicating with the staff and the fact there was no one at reception. You can only communicate with them if you have international calls set up as they don't accept WhatsApp calls, and even when you do call (I had to ask a friend to do this), they often do not answer and I was left waiting for check in for a while and waiting for other items I asked for and needed. The toilet / shower room is miniscule, I am a 5ft 4 size 10m but anyone much bigger would really struggle to sit on the loo and get in the shower! It's also quite a mission of doors to get up and in, but again, i am strong and capable and didn;t mind.

Ti chiedono 20 pound per la pulizia della camera quando arrivi. Questo significa che il prezzo per cui tu prenoti con booking si riferisce alla camera sporca e da rifare, mi sembra una truffa. poi il manager mi ha detto che mi avrebbe rimborsato i 2à pound ma non lo ha fatto... io ho lasciato perdere
