The location is idea. The staff and management were very courteous and professional , the rooms comfortable and large, the F&B excellent the Tepanyaki dinner we had to celebrate a birthday was outstanding at all levels.
The only thing I would suggest is a small bar for evening and night time which does not have a a live DJ. I understand that some people enjoy that butt others might just want a quiet drink.

The room was fantastic with an incredible view and great facilities. Additional perks like the exec lounge for breakfast was really nice to have. Food options were really good and decent value for money as an extra.
We only stayed for 2 nights, I wish we had another!

We found the facility and room size is larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms. Staffs are courteous, supportive, and attempt to resolve the issue in a professional manner.
There was a strong unpleasant odor in the hotel room. Even though the hotel staffs had offered to move us to the new room but there also was a strongly unpleasant odor in the other room.
