Clean room comfortable bed, fridge and kitchen facilities. Valet staff lovely and very helpful. The 2 ladies on the reception were also friendly and helpful.
One man on reception ignored me and didn't really want to help just grunted at me. The area around the hotel questionable 🤔. The trip to SRO airport in the morning was horrendous.

The outside of the property is very unsafe, but reviews are saying it’s safe, which is lie.
Breakfast was joke, I don’t know how much they are charging for it, but in our case it was waste of money
There is no walking around area due to high crime in the area

The room and the hotel is very clean and the director Mr Joseph is a special person. Really appreciated everything, I strongly suggest the hotel as it is close to the BART and very comfortable. Thanks

I was checked in under the wrong name. I booked and paid for the room via booking.com. However they checked me in under someone else with the same last name. Which made me reservation show up as a no show and I lost my money and then charged for the wrong reservation. I would like my money back. And this corrected.
