Ammades All Suites Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

A beautiful, uncrowded beach with clear water. It’s at least on a par with the popular coves in the area. Private car park secured by a barrier, high-quality furniture and bed linen, excellent mattresses. A new hotel that hasn’t yet lost its charm. Lovely swimming pool, excellent cuisine. Very good staff. The room is spacious and well separated from the other rooms. An excellent choice if you’re looking for a 5-star hotel in Rhodes. In Greece, a 5-star rating rarely translates into a truly 5-star experience, service, setting, building or room. But despite a few minor issues, this hotel truly deserves its 5 stars.

There’s a party every evening at the neighbouring hotel, and unfortunately they’re very noisy. Once it gets dark, the music starts and a lot of people don’t like it. It bothered us a bit as well, but it wasn’t too bad. The cleaning service is generally good, but it would be worth mopping the stairs in the stairwell more often, not just the rooms. (We didn’t use the lift.) Someone had spilt or dripped something, and the stains remained on the stairs all week. The gym has high-quality equipment, but it won’t last forever. The Bowden cables need replacing, the foot straps on the rowing machine no longer work properly, the mechanics of the elliptical trainer are about to fall apart, and guests are collecting the screws that have fallen out here and there into a pile, but nobody puts them back. Etc., etc. I’m afraid that the next time we go (because we’ll be going back), the only thing left in the gym that’ll be usable will be the dumbbells.

Everything was perfect. The helpfulness and friendliness of all employees, the quiet everywhere, the room was spacious, very well finished and gets cleaned twice a day. Beds around the pool and at the beach are very comfortable, there's enough shade, and they all have a button to call for service! The food and vibes at the restaurant are delicious. There's a small shopping mall including a pharmacy right next to the hotel. The center of Faliraki is 20-30 minutes on foot over a sidewalk, no need to call for a cab. The beach bar plays music but around the pool and at the desginated beach area, you can hardly hear it. Awesome location, 10/10

Really the only thing I can think of was that our toilet didn't seem to have an extraction system, so bring air freshener ;)

Fabulous set up with considerable attention to detail and very helpful front desk in recommending restaurants of very differing types and levels.

My one slight criticism was that you could not really walk along beach to eat elsewhere so needed to book taxis.

The property itself is fantastic and the service from the staff is excellent and a stunning pool area.

The location is poor. Trapped in Falariki and surrounded by group of hotels in the chain, which seemed to be serviced by same kitchen. Parts of hotel are adult only but shared restaurants are not. Had to travel for dinner each night which became expensive- we moved hotels to Lindos after a few days
