Very well maintained hotel. Everything is clean and the service is exceptional. The beach is super clean and comfortable. The beach and the hotel facilities never felt crowded. Overall good experience.
No air conditioner in the gym!
Food could be better.

Loved the entertainment for all the family from the very young to the more mature adults….lots for everyone to do ….loved that it was on the beach….entertainment staff were outstanding, so encouraging, so inclusive and so friendly and always full of enthusiasm. A great family hotel.
I thought the reception/ foyer / bar areas could all do with updating and adding a touch of warmth….a little touch of luxury…add in some lamps. I think you should be allowed to request an iron to your room…this is a basic requirement.

Big pool, nice property, many beach beds for free.
Dinner is at the same place as breakfast. Feels like cheap buffet during dinner.
Staff is polite, but they will never bring you something, offer you something or do something you.
There is feeling they try to save money whenever they can.
