A spacious, very clean apartment in an elderly person's building. Lovely bathroom. Good bedroom with comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space. Balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was a real bonus. Situated about a 20-25 minutes easy walk to the centre of Rouen. The neighbourhood is vibrant and colourful. Huge market on a Saturday.
A bit lacking in kitchen equipment, not even a corkscrew. As it is next to a fairly busy road, it can be a bit noisy. Putting the shutters down at night helped.

Very nice apartment, close to large shopping centre but a little bit further from the town centre
Mostly good no major issues

Comfortable bed and nice shower. Secure parking was good and very much needed in this unsafe location.
Breakfast was very basic. No cutlery or napkins. No cutlery left out to help yourself and the breakfast lady disappeared so nobody around to ask for anything.
