Rinn Kyoto Station

All good

Very nice, modern hotel, walking distance from the Kyoto station, fantastic bathroom, coffee machine and kettle in the room. A microwave in the common kitchen for all the guests, The laundry room was very useful. Very happy, we would definitely come again. Very friendly staff, they help me to fill the form for sending out luggage to the airport in Tokyo. Also complimentary pastry in the reception in the morning.

Everything was good.

It is a beautiful hotel with only a few rooms each floor. Everything was very clean, looked very new and was just like as shown on the pictures. We were staying as a family of 5 and enjoyed the very spacious room- to sleep on the tatami matresses and to have a big table during the day to eat. The staff was very friendly and when checking in our lugguage that arrived with Yamato before us was already placed in the room. Every Morning there were free chocolate and normal croissants at the lobby to be self-heated in little ovens, which our kids loved! The Location is great for sightseeing as we reached the central train station in a walking distance of a couple of minutes! We would definitively stay here again!

Nothing!

Staff is really nice

It's not a 4 star hotel and you can notice it! I don't know why it says it is a 4 star hotel and in Google it says 3 stars. It is def a 3 star hotel. They don't clean everyday, don't put water in the rooms, the windows don't have blackout, there isn't any toiletries in the room. I feel I was scammed because I reserved here based on a big "discount" i was getting
