Cottage lives up to it's name of "Cozy". Absolutely wonderful location with a square just feet away. Place was so cute altho, a little rough around some edges. But, nothing I wouldn't expect in an old home. Really recommend and will stay here again!

Loved this spot. The home has such cute character. Definitely a bit older, but very clean and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a plus!

If your mouth doesn't drop open as soon as you walk in the door, well, I don't know what to say! I don't think I could have picked a better place! The cuteness of this cottage is almost overwhelming, to the point where it's kind of sad when it's time to leave. Location was in close proximity to EVERYTHING, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet, with the exception of some construction that is going on next door. I would highly recommend this as a top place to stay when visiting Savannah!

The property was in a great location, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We did have a problem with the freezer not working and the bathroom tubs would not drain properly, which led to the sinks filling up with bathtub water. House was in great condition besides the draining issues!

3 night stay only 1 towels per guest. Upstairs, no water pressure when any other water in the house is on. The workmanship in the house is shotty to say the least. There were bugs in the artwork upstairs. When I turned down the bed my first night there was hair on the sheets. There was only 1 kitchen trash bag for the 3 night stay. Great location but not worth $600 a night.

Great location. The place was in a great location. The management company was very nice, went to their office and they were friendly and took care of us (offered drinks and stored luggage until we were able to get in). Only negative is would have liked extra towels to be already at the place and the fitted bed sheet did not fit the bed in one of the rooms.

The home is dated and in need of a makeover which is apparent in the photos. The house smelled old and like mildew. Our bathroom had cobwebs which was unacceptable.
