Hotel Mono Azul

The free breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. They refilled our water bottles with iced water before heading to the national park. The room was clean and comfortable. The cool and quiet A/C + blackout curtains made the night restful. It is close to a bus stop. They recommended to leave the car at the hotel and take the bus to the national park. That was the right call as parking at the NP is overpriced and limited. Buses are less than $1 and run every 15-20 min.

Nothing important I can think of. The soap dispenser in the shower was not working, but that was not a big deal. It would be nice to have access to a coffee/tea area in the lobby.

The location and rooms were lovely.

No fridge or glasses in room. Nowhere to hang clothes

It is a pretty hotel with two pools. The bar and restaurant area is nice. The room was comfortable.

The restaurant service was very slow. The breakfast options were very limited.

The rooms are really nice, very clean and new. The location is very convenient. I really had a great time. The staff were very helpful and polite.

I think the restaurant service should be upgraded, the personnel were very helpful, however, in terms of the food, breakfast was very small, I understand that was included in the price, but still, could be better. Waiting time to be served is too long, in my case as I was travelling along was not a big deal, however, saw other tables waiting too long or food coming at different times not at once as you normally expect.
