The scenery is amazing, the guy who welcomed us is so nice and the facilities are great. Perfect place to unwind.

Nothing.

The location in the hills above Sarajevo offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. The property provides great on-site amenities and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busy center. If you are looking for a calm atmosphere and beautiful scenery, this accommodation is an excellent choice.

The main issue during our stay was the presence of stray animals roaming around the property. There were two cats and one large dog that appeared to be of a breed often considered intimidating. The dog constantly approached us and tried to interact with us. As adults, we were not particularly concerned, but it was a different situation for our 2-year-old son, as the dog was almost the same height as him. We could not fully relax because we had to constantly stay close to our child or keep him inside the house, as the dog would not leave him alone and even growled while staying near him. To the owner’s credit, after we informed him about the situation, he came to the property and tried to remove the dog, although he was ultimately unsuccessful. We appreciate his effort, but this is not something guests should have to deal with, especially at a property that presents itself as a “luxury” accommodation. Unfortunately, this issue significantly affected our experience and is the reason why I had to lower my overall rating.
