Hanoi Calista Hotel & Spa

Staffs amazed us with their hospitality. They were very friendly . We would like to mention names Tracy, Amanda and Peter. They deserves a wow. Other staff were same, but can’t remember names.

Dining area need some refurbishment. Showers are a bit stained

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Tracie and her team, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. The service was warm and professional, and every interaction with the team was pleasant. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a great atmosphere and excellent facilities. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable room and the convenient location for exploring Hanoi. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality from the staff really made my stay memorable.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and there were no major issues. A few areas of the property could perhaps benefit from some minor updating or refurbishment, but this did not significantly affect our experience. The excellent service from Tracie and her team more than made up for any small shortcomings.
