Beryl Signature Hotel & Travel

The room here was wonderful. Thuy was very enthusiastic and thoughtful in taking care of my family throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her kindness and support.

The staff were friendly, lovely, and very welcoming. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I had a wonderful trip in Hanoi, and the excellent service from the hotel was a big part of making my experience so memorable.

Good location, within easy walking distance of most tourist sights. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Location was great and so were the receptionist staff. We were upgraded for free.

Louder location, could hear a street sweeper at 5am. The sheets were stained and we were advised they were still clean however. Both exhausted so just said okay at this point. We were locked out of the room for half an hour because the batteries in the door locking system “died.” The “handy man/porter” was loud and coughing/sniffing consistently whenever we were near which was highly unsettling. Was physically pushed into the elevator away from our bags, was confused if this meant they would be taken for us or not, until they ended up at our door by him. Was told the room was ready on arrival but had to wait 10 mins for them to double check it and still the cleaning ladies were just exiting the room when we arrived at the door. Bathroom floor was still wet when we entered.
