The house was incredibly clean and much more spacious than we expected. The views from both the front and back were beautiful. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation—there was even a potato peeler and a citrus juicer! lol We had a great time and made wonderful memories here. Hope we can come back next year!

Wonderful home, all amenities and updates.

We have been visiting Fenwick Island for over 10 years and have loved the area. We came across this beautiful home on Evolve and with its ease to book and easy cancellation policy we booked. The home located in a beautiful community just between the bay and canal with easy access to all areas of 54. This home was beautiful decorated with all the amenities anyone needs. 3 bedrooms 2 baths all with plenty of storage and all beds already made with comfy bedding. One master with en-suite bathroom. Kitchen had all the necessary gadgets and a coffee station for the morning wake-up to sit outside and watch the neighbors pass by on their boats on the canal. The fire pit seating and living room style sitting area was perfect for an evening cocktail. The owners were very responsive to my emails and questions before my check in. Would definitely consider renting from the owners again and staying in this area.

Great location. Relaxing after full days of outdoor activities. Perfect home for our family! Thank you!
