I like the view of a clean landscape. The parking lot was well lit. The site felt secure.

The blind to my room didnt allow for adjustments of lowering and lifting the blind. I believe it was in need of repair.

Convenience of the location to the Doctors Hospital of Augusta, room was clean and well attented.

No hair dryer in suite! I assumed all hotels had them, was surprised one wasn't part of the room.

The room itself was a complete suite and was close to food locations and the Prometric testing site.

The walls were very thin and you could hear all of your neighbors as well as the people above you. This created huge problems when trying to go to sleep early and get a good night of sleep.

I'm happy they offered some kind of breakfast.

Breakfast was below average. They didn't have eggs, bagels, toasts etc., and only had light roast coffee.

I didn't eat breakfast because I wasn't told that breakfast was an option nor was I given atime

I love big t.v. I love the recliner, bathroom was a good nice size.i hated the bed it was hard

I had a great experience during my stay at this Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Augusta. The staff was great and very friendly. The beds were so comfortable. The room and bathroom was very cleaned.

If I had to changed anything it would be the grab and go breakfast. It did not meet my expectation but I would definitely stay again.

The room was way nicer than I had expected, beds were very comfortable with enough pillows, it had a very nice little kitchen with a glass top stove. Bathroom was very nice and clean. The whole place was clean and would 100% recommend.

The air would randomly cut off; for those that sleep with a fan or some type of noise it was hard to sleep in complete silence.

👍.....coffee!! The worker knew I was sleepy and trying to be alert...She suggested some coffee!

All was good but, Fresh juices would be great. Toast would be a plus Cereal & milk......ummmm!! No complaints the area was clean. The lady at My checking in was friendly and smiling....acknowledged Me when I came through the door with a lovely smile.

The hotel is newer and the room was clean.

The place was new and clean however it was very sterile. The hotel room only had towels and 1 soap bar, nothing else. The kitchenette was empty, no utensils, etc. Breakfast was minimal, doughnuts and coffee, terrible !

no insulation. I could hear everything on my floor, a floor up, and the floor below. a/c set at 76 and highly humid. on an 80 degree day took 6 hours to drop to 74 then and 3 to 72… when it was 72 outside and shade closed. finally hit 70 12 hours in. advertises breakfast but consists of a muffin, oatmeal, and coffee. no one around to ask questions. no proper outdoor or indoor work area. it’s called extended stay yet felt more like a limited security prison with a private shower that I had to pay for. instead I’ll pay $10 less per night and stay at a home2 or courtyard.
