Lovely cozy home a house away from the promenade overlooking the ocean. The house was clean and updated, while retaining its charm. Highly recommend.

Lovely home, very comfortable and well set up. A very short walk to the Shoreline Park and easy walk to town / waterfront and has a grocery store close.

We loved our time at Little Palm Cottage. Had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Great proximity to the coast and our daughter loved the playground across the street! Looking forward to coming back someday.

We LOVED this property— amazing location, great back deck, great indoor/outdoor living. House was well - equipped with many things, including a pack n play and some beach toys. One portable AC unit was available to us, which was nice. Location is unbeatable — this is amazing if you love to walk, run, or if you have kids staying with. Shoreline park is only a 2 min walk from the house, and Ledbetter beach is less than a mile. A mile to the grocery store, coffee, and some restaurants.
We had a few questions for the property manager, which were responded to and addressed right away. This is a property we will definitely consider for our future trips to SB. I highly recommend it!!
Note- for longer stays (we were there 2 weeks), the kitchen has minimal spices and condiments, and there is only one dishrag for kitchen and/ or cleaning that we could find.

Had a fantastic 3-day stay. The property was super clean and exactly like the photos. Our favorite part was the beautiful oceanside walking path right across the street that you can take all the way into downtown Santa Barbara. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome bungalow in perfect location!
Second stay here at the Little Palm Cottage and couldn't be happier. The owners do everything to make your getaway perfect. Lush, tropical, private backyard and comfortable, clean, bright interior make the vacation complete. Convenient location to the beach, downtown and Lazy Acres Market. See you next year!

Beautiful, clean, pristinely manicured private back yard with lush California plantings. Walking distance to Shoreline drive, it's parks, and the ocean. Convenient to stores and everything on the Mesa. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect!

This is the second time we have rented Little palm cottage. We had another great stay. If we are in Santa Barbara this is our spot to stay. Clean, great location and nice quiet street.

My family of 4 totally loved our stay in this very well appointed cozy cottage. Just a block off shoreline drive so cars aren't passing by day and night, yet close enough to the beach and state street to enjoy what SB has to offer. Such a nice little find in SB.

Great getaway home.
We had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara. We are a very active family of 4 and walked cycled or Skateboarded everywhere we went. The house is neat and clean will all the facilities you could need. I would recommend bring your bike or asking to borrow the cruisers, its only a short ride into the main part of Santa Barbara.

Sweet bungalow in awesome location
What more can we say? This little cottage exudes perfection! The location is ideal (in a quiet neighborhood) - right around the corner is Shoreline park / the ocean and you're close enough to walk to the harbor and into town. Awesome market (Lazy Acres) is right up the road as is one of the best restaurants (in our opinion) - Mesa Verde. The house itself is super light, clean, comfortable and the French doors off the kitchen welcome you into the tropical landscaped, very private backyard. The owners make your stay very welcome. We will definitely be back!

Everything is in excellent condition. The kitchen is very well equipped with nice quality items. Though there is only one bathroom, we never felt it was a problem. We plan to rent again as soon as we can return to SB.

I booked the little palm cottage for an extended stay with my wife and 4 year old son this past January/February. It was everything we expected and more. The house is extremely clean and well kept with a very nice, private outdoor space.
The location is super convenient to down town and being right off shoreline drive there is a very nice park with a playground and beach only steps away. I hope to stay there again next winter.

We Had a great time

We walked to the beach nearly every day, our kids loved playing at the nearby park, and we were close to all of the destinations we wanted to see in Santa Barbara. The owner is easy to work with and our stay was so relaxing. We will definitely plan another trip back.

We had the most wonderful summer vacation staying at Little Palm Cottage. The home is updated, sweet, welcoming and turnkey. The backyard is beautiful with a great deck. We walked to the beach nearly every day, our kids loved playing at the nearby park, and we were close to all of the destinations we wanted to see in Santa Barbara. The owner is easy to work with and our stay was so relaxing. We will definitely plan another trip back.

My wife and I rented Little Palm Cottage for a week while exploring Santa Barbara. We loved how clean, pretty and comfortable it was. Light and bright with big windows and glass doors on two sides. It's small but feels very spacious. Comfortable furniture. A real kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and dishes. We made breakfast every morning and ate on the back deck under the umbrella table, enjoying the tropical plants and hummingbirds.
The place seems to have been renovated recently and they did a top-notch job... it has the charm of an older home but feels almost new. Perfectly clean inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet (except for the next-door neighbor's wind chimes...grrr) and feels very safe. Easy five-minute walk to the park that overlooks the ocean, and a 15-minute walk on the park pathway down to the wharf area. Highly recommended.

It has wonderful indoor/outdoor living and gives you sense of relaxation as soon as you enter the door. We love the location. The playground and beach are right across the street. You can walk to the Marina in less than a mile down the path along the beach and watch all the sailboats along the way. The owners are very easy to work with and provide all the comforts of home.

It has wonderful indoor/outdoor living and gives you sense of relaxation as soon as you enter the door. We love the location. The playground and beach are right across the street. You can walk to the Marina in less than a mile down the path along the beach and watch all the sailboats along the way. The owners are very easy to work with and provide all the comforts of home.
