Friendly reception.
Facilities great and super generous amounts of provisions.(Selection of teas, coffee pods, biscuits, crackers milk, cereal)
Spacious accommodation, good shower. Self catering facilities were good, with microwave, coffee machine (pods) kettle and 2 ring hob. Plenty space to sit outside.
Lovely views and quiet.
Close enough to the main part of Bagno Vignoni to walk. 15mins down 20 up as pretty steep.
It was all great. I hadn't realised it was a bit out of town but as I said it was walkable. If you're driving be aware the road up from BV is not tarmac so rutted and dusty go carefully.

The property was beautiful, very clean and had everything you would ever need. Dog friendly and very cosy
It wasn’t within walking distance of anything, without a car it would be very difficult to get around
